Rediscover the Old Testament
Keep learning!

God is so amazing…. We cannot fathom everything He has in store for us. He wants us to know His purpose and goals. Now is the time to discover Gods entire redemptive plan by studying the foundations of the Christian faith!

Torah is the Hebrew word for the first five books of the Bible. It is the foundation of the Old Testament, just as the Old Testament is the foundation of the New Testament. Did you know that the Old Testament is the scripture that Jesus (and his disciples) taught from? The New Testament didn’t come about until well after t he time of the apostles.

The Old Testament makes up about 60% of the entire Bible. If we ignore it, we ignore the bulk of God’s word. The Old Testament forms the necessary basis for proper understanding of the New Testament; thus they are inseparable. Only when viewed together do we have a complete, unified, divinely-inspired Bible! Our Torah study cross-references Old Testament passages with the New Testament passages to reveal their seamless continuity.

Come join us each Saturday at 11:45 AM to participate in our Biblical Hebrew class, as we learn the ancient language in which our Bible was originally written. You will gain greater and deeper insights into the written Word of the Lord, the same Word that’s in all of our Bibles.

After Hebrew Class, join us at 1 PM for praise and worship, followed up with our Torah study. As we study the first five books of the Bible, we link them to relevant passages within the New Testament, revealing our Savior and Messiah. Jesus’ name in the Hebrew is Yeshua, which means Salvation.

Did you know that there are over 7967 verses in the Old Testament found within the New Testament? That means that over 33% of the New Testament are quotations directly from the Old Testament. That’s just amazing to me. As we study these lessons, we take time to discuss along the way, doing our best to get your questions answered. We know that we might not have all the answers, but we serve a God that does have all the answers, Hallelujah!

Come and join us! It’s fun, free, and filled with the blessing of knowing our God in a deeper and more intimate way! In addition to our Saturday lineup, we also meet every Thursday night at 7PM for a Bible study. We are reading through and studying the books that come after the Torah. Come and get a firmer foundation.
